Nourishing Nature Retreat

retreat details

A Sacred Invitation to Return to Yourself

There is something profoundly healing about nature. The stillness
of ancient forests, the rhythm of birdsong, the vastness of mountain
skies, and the quiet strength of towering cliffs gently remind us of
who we are.

This is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and
reconnect with the wisdom within.

Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, wholesome food, and meaningful connection, we’ll create space to soften, to rest, and to simply be. As we slow our pace and attune ourselves to the rhythms of the natural world, we begin to remember that we, too, are nature—not separate from it.

location

Montblu at Echo Point in Katoomba, nestled in the heart of the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains. Just a two-minute walk from the iconic Three Sisters and Echo Point, we’ll spend our weekend immersed in one of Australia’s most breathtaking landscapes – wandering peaceful bush tracks, soaking in sweeping mountain vistas, breathing crisp eucalyptus-scented air, and allowing the beauty of nature to nourish every part of our being.

Pictures don’t do justice. In a word … breath taking!
