sage manor meditation retreat
22nd – 24th May 2026
Slow down. Breathe deeply. Come home to yourself.
In the busyness of everyday life, it’s rare that we give ourselves the space to pause, listen inward, and simply be. This weekend retreat invites you to step away from the demands of daily routines and immerse yourself in a nourishing environment of stillness, nature, and mindful connection.
Whether you’re new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, this retreat offers a gentle yet profound reset — a chance to let go of stress, release what no longer serves you, and return home feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
