Summerfield Retirement Village - Seniors
Monday 9.00 - 10.00am
This 60 minute class is practiced in chairs. Classes are available to suit your needs and every body. Improve balance to prevent falls, create more mobility, flexibility for better joint health, strength and enhance respiratory health to help with better breathing.
Braidwood Arts Centre - Holistic
Monday 4.00-5.15pm
This 75 minute class at 4pm Monday afternoon aims to stretch, strengthen and restore.
Each week has a different theme to enhance our practice – physically, mentally, energetically. Learn how you can bring more energy, balance and harmony to your being. This class can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level.
Yoga & Pilates
Tuesday 9-10.15am
This 75 minute class incorporates a mixture of yoga and pilates. We begin the class sitting in chairs, moving through all the joints then stretch and strengthen the body. Modifications are given for any body's aliments or injuries. There is a focus on posture and core stability. Classes aim to develop and balance all aspects of one’s being – body, mind, emotions and psyche. They can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level.
Bungendore School of Arts - Balancing
Wednesday 5.30-6.45pm
This 75 minute class incorporates gentle flowing movements and steady postures from a combination of traditions. Physical poses are practiced to release tightness and tension in the body, breathing practices to bring balance to the mind and nervous system, relaxation and meditation to create peace of mind, focus and clarity. Classes aim to develop and balance all aspects of one’s being – body, mind, emotions and psyche. They can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level.

A 60 minute refreshing and balanced class to get you moving into the day energised, refreshed and stress free. This class respects the traditions of yoga and blends it with contemporary functional movement, mobility & intentional exploration. Start your weekend fresh with a smile & set yourself up for an awesome day! The class can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level. After class join me for a smoothie, bliss ball and wholesome discussion with other yogis.
