Sunday 21st June from 5.30-8pm $50
W I N T E R = N U R T U R E
In yoga, and in astrology, the sun symbolizes the soul. The word “solstice,” in Latin, means sun standing still, so in a sense, we could say the soul stands still on the solstice.
Celebrate the longest night of the year and the rebirth of the sun as we begin the gradual return to longer days. Take time to find stillness, turn inward and connect with your inner knowing with a nourishing evening of gentle flow yoga, rejuvenating restorative poses, meditation, intention setting, deep relaxation and dinner. Just like the sun that is reborn at the Winter Solstice, new possibilities are born within us at this time of year. But in order to move forward, it’s essential to pause, reflect and honour the darkness so that our forward motion may be filled with intention.

Align yourself with the cycles of nature and gift yourself this sacred pause as we welcome the return of the sun’s radiance.
