The most dangerous stories we make up are the narratives that diminish our inherent worthiness. The root of this, shame. This class is inspired by Dr. Brené Brown, together we will look at shame and guilt, which like gremlins, when exposed to light, cannot survive. Through the power of vulnerability we can shine the light on that which hinders our connection and wholehearted living.
Includes movement, breathing practices, exploration through writing, yoga nidra and dinner. $45
