To my dear friends on the path,
I hope this finds you and your loved ones well.
Last week the Bone Bus was in Braidwood and in class there was talk on bone density and ways we can strengthen and protect our bones.
Often we don’t think much about our bones, unless like me, you have a broken one, or you have found degeneration in your bones.
We can assume our bones are like those we see in a museum – dry, hard, somewhat inanimate objects, yet despite first impressions, our bones are living, active tissues that are constantly renewing. They may look dormant, yet so much is happening inside.
Join me to explore & embrace all things bones, from health to density. Monday – ‘All things bones,’ Wednesday – ‘Osteoporosis’ and Saturday ‘Bones, blood, breath.’
