About Christina
Hello and welcome, wonderful to have you here. My name is Christina, I started practising yoga when in primary school and began teaching yoga in 2008.
I have been fortunate to overcome many obstacles in life. From an eating disorder, to a brain injury, a stillborn baby, to an intellectually disabled child. Through all the highs and lows, challenges and joys, yoga provides a toolbox with tools to draw upon whenever we need.
Taking a full breath, changing our posture, centering the mind, connecting to the Truth within.
The ancient tradition goes far beyond the physical, having the power to effect every single aspect of life – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Full of enriching wisdom, practical resources and accessible techniques, the benefits of yoga are honestly beyond description.
My duty as a teacher is to share the gifts yoga has to offer, to provide opportunities for you to connect to your Innermost Self and uncover your holistic wellbeing.
