Thrive – Braidwood
$50.00
Friday 26th June from 5.30-8pm $50
So many of us move through life in survival mode — ticking boxes, holding it all together, pushing through the noise of “just getting by.” This workshop is an invitation to pause, soften, and shift into a more nourishing way of being.
Thriving, Not Surviving is a deeply supportive and uplifting yoga experience designed to help you reconnect with your energy, your body, and what it truly feels like to live with ease and intention. Through a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and guided reflection, we’ll explore how to move out of overwhelm and into a state of vitality, clarity, and grounded presence.
Expect a gentle yet empowering practice that meets you exactly where you are — creating space to release tension, restore your nervous system, and cultivate a sense of inner steadiness. This is not about doing more, but about doing differently. About choosing presence over pressure, and nourishment over depletion.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to what thriving looks and feels like for you.
Come as you are. Leave feeling resourced, supported, and alive.
Includes, movement through asana, breathing practices, meditation and a scrumptious dinner.
