Letting Go – Braidwood

$45.00

Friday 16th May 5.30-8pm – Braidwood
Autumn shows us that there is no need to hold onto old, dead leaves, the trees simply drop their leaves and, without anxiety, stand steady and exposed while attending to the inner work of nourishing the roots and trunk. As we mirror nature’s cycles; autumn is the ideal time for us to practice letting go.
Letting go means to move with the natural course and rhythm of life, which we humans so adeptly resist! Whilst change, we know, is inevitable we want the impermanent permanent and uncertain, certain.
In our attempt to cling, grip and grasp onto the way we think it should be, we add to the heartache and suffering we experience.
In this retreat we will explore change and non-attachment to shed, release and drop the old leaves, so we can direct our energy toward nourishing within.
Includes, movement through asana, breathing practices, meditation and a scrumptious dinner $45.
Bookings essential as numbers are limited.
Held at BRAG – Braidwood Regional Arts Centre
